TELEMARK WORKSHOP

The most complete two-day on snow Telemark clinic offered in North America. Day one is held at a lift facility learning beginner to advanced Telemark skiing from an alpine point of view. We cover it all, from the DNA of basic Telemark skiing to high end hybrid free heel techniques including step, jump, and hop Tele's, linking smooth turns, and free heel parallel. A special section on skiing moguls and steep and packed surface's round out the day. Day two takes us into beautiful backcountry settings to learn techniques needed for powder, tree, & trail skiing, skiing with a pack, gaining power and grace in weird snow, and the secrets of mastering backcountry Telemark skiing.

This course is specially designed for amateur and professional skiers who want to teach Telemark skiing and improve their own Telemark skiing skills. You will learn how to teach beginner to advanced skiing, technique analysis via video, corrective exercises, cast iron teaching and learning progressions, and skill building skiing games .
